All of our volunteers are known as "Angels," because of the significant time and dedication contributed to our organization. You are taking the first step in becoming an Angel by having an interest in volunteering with us. We are proud to have welcomed so many Angels, from Japan over the years. We have found that every visiting volunteer has left feeling great about their time with Give Kids The World and we have felt the impact in a positive way. As a volunteer, you will need to set up your accommodations, transportation and other travel arrangements. Once you know the dates of your visit, think about what days and times you will want to actually volunteer your time. Are there days you want free to yourself? We will communicate with you along the way and create a great schedule for you to follow. As you make your plans, remember, you are about to embark on a great journey to the United States and the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of children and their families.
